For over 40 years, Mr. Brewer has represented clients in Eminent Domain actions. These cases involve the taking of private property by Government agencies. Mr. Brewer has successfully tried complex issues in taking cases against both state and local agencies. Such issues include Loss of Business Goodwill, Regulatory Takings, complex Severance Damages and Impairment of Access. He has been engaged as an expert witness in this area of law and has served the Bar as a speaker on Eminent Domain and regulatory taking cases.

Mr. Brewer’s real estate practice encompasses complex purchase and sale transactions, escrow transactions, land use planning and development projects, and representation of developers for residential, office, commercial, and industrial projects. Mr. Brewer has extensive experience representing clients before local and state governmental agencies on a variety of regulatory matters, including development entitlements and environmental disputes.

Mr. Brewer has more than 35 years’ experience in trust and estate planning representing individuals and couples with large and small estates.
